As part of the "Not for the Likes of You" audience development project undertaken by Arts Council England in 2004, Morton Smyth Ltd researched cultural organisations that have changed their overall positioning and have achieved broader audiences as a result. They analysed the key criteria that enabled their success. This report is for organisations that want to attract a broad public, and are willing to go through a process of change to achieve it.
